CCSQ Data & Analytics Request Form

What is the purpose of the request form?

Would you like to include new data in the CDR? Do you need new or integrate analytic tools? How do I request an out-of-sync refresh? Is there new functionality you would like in SAS Viya? To address these questions and more, the new functionality request form was created for the CCSQ Data & Analytics team to better address and track requests for new items.


How do you use the request form?

Please click the New Functionality Request link and complete the form with as much detail as possible to avoid delays. 

What happens after you submit the request form?

Your request will be placed in queue for response by the CCSQ Data & Analytics team. The team will contact you upon receipt with the status of your request.

Does this mean I don't need to submit ServiceNow tickets anymore?

This request form does not replace submission of ServiceNow tickets for support regarding problems experienced with the CDR or SAS Viya. Please continue to use ServiceNow to request support
