As a Surveyor, I want to take the latest training version for my provider type, so that I can evaluate the health codes for the facility type(s) I am surveying

1. Verify that the test is accessible 
2. Verify that a test for the provider type is shown
3. Verify that the latest version of the test is available
4. Verify the test IS NOT shown to surveyors who have not completed the previous version

4. If surveyor does not complete the SSR by 9/30 completion date and a new year (version) is rolled out, they would not be able to see the current year's version until the prior year has been completed.

1. Verify that a category can be selected 
2. Verify that all categories are available for selection
3. Verify that new categories are available when created
4. Verify that only records in the category are displayed in the search results

As an eCQM user, I only want to see 50 records at time in my search results, so that I only see most relevant records first

1. Verify that all results are displayed in increments of 50
2. Verify that there is a way to navigate between results increments
