Revised Story(s):

The appropriate SSR training will be required for surveyors who have completed the training plan for their primary provider type > 1 year ago

Revised Story(s):

As a Surveyor, I want to take the latest training version for my provider type, so that I can evaluate the health codes for the facility type(s) I am surveying

  1. Verify that the test is accessible
  2. Verify that a test for the provider type is shown
  3. Verify that the latest version of the test is available
  4. Verify the test IS NOT shown to surveyors who have not completed the previous version

As a Surveyor, I want to take the latest training available to me for my provider type, so that I can evaluate the health codes for the facility type(s) I am surveying

notes:

  1. Provider type ex. hospital
  2. training plans are specific to provider type
  3. Surveyors are the beneficiary of the training
  4. If surveyor does not complete the SSR by 9/30 completion date and a new year (version) is rolled out, they would not be able to see the current year's version until the prior year has been completed.

Need to review this ticket to determine impact as it relates to the new SSR(surveyor of federal facilities to ensure health codes are met) requirements.

The SSR training and test will now be version based.

Tests are buildable and each subsequent year will be a different test.

Each year, a new version of the test will be made available.  Tests are buildable and each subsequent year will be a different test.  However, the surveyors will always start with version 1 of the test.

Example:

Employee takes SSR in October 2022.  Takes Version 1 test.

A new employee with a hire date of 10/2023 will be required to take version 1 of the test as well.

If surveyor does not complete the SSR by 9/30 completion date and a new year (version) is rolled out, they would not be able to see the current year's version until the prior year has been completed.

Based on the requirements above, please determine if there is a change required to this ticket that will be impacted.

The system shall recreate the data outputs current collected and reported the Measures in Use Matrix.
The system shall provide users functionality to search and filter for eCQMs (electronic Clinical Quality Measurements)

Revised Story(s):

As an eCQM user, I want to include a category in my search criteria, so that I only see relevant records

  1. Verify that a category can be selected
  2. Verify that all categories are available for selection
  3. Verify that new categories are available when created
  4. Verify that only records in the category are displayed in the search results

As an eCQM user, I only want to see 50 records at time in my search results, so that I only see most relevant records first

  1. Verify that all results are displayed in increments of 50
  2. Verify that there is a way to navigate between results increments
