What is the purpose of the request form?

Would you like to include new

The CCSQ Data & Analytics Request Form was created for to better address and track requests from SAS Viya and CDR users. 

What is the definition of a request (Note: this is not a comprehensive list)?

  1. New or out of sync refresh data in the CDR
? Do you need new analytic tools? Do you need to integrate existing tools with CDR? How do I request an out-of-sync refresh? Is there new
  1. Integration of analytic tools within CDR
  2. New functionality you would like in SAS Viya
? To address these questions and more, the New Functionality Request form was created for the CCSQ Data & Analytics team to better address and track requests for new items.

How do you use the request form?

Please click the Request button below (in blue) and complete the form with as much detail as possible to avoid delays. 

What happens after you submit the request form?

Your request will be placed in a queue for response by the CCSQ Data & Analytics team. The team will contact you upon receipt with the status of your request.

Yes, if you are experiencing issues within SAS Viya or data in CDR, please submit a ServiceNow ticket. For instructions on how to submit a ServiceNow ticket, please click on this link.

This request form does not replace submission of ServiceNow tickets for support regarding problems experienced within CDR or SAS Viya. Please continue to use ServiceNow to request support for these issues.
