WHAT IS ETCLC?To accomplish the goals of the Advancing American Kidney Health initiative, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) in collaboration with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) created the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Treatment Choices Learning Collaborative (ETCLC).The collaborative boasts over 350 organizations that are encouraged to share best and promising practices across the kidney transplant continuum. The goal of the ETCLC is to improve kidney recovery, donation, and utilization in rapid-cycle quality improvement activities so people with end stage renal disease have greater access to kidney transplantation. |
