• Reviewed and updated the Agility Foundations Training content and exercises to cover new (4) hours session with the goal to increase the training delivery experience to the attendees.
• Identified and analyzed tools for asynchronous training video content.
• Built a document script format and time length in the Learning-Hub space for the introduction section of the Agile team agreements video production.

• Facilitated QMVIG customized Agility Foundation training session # 3 with over 20 fed employees of DQM Division with the goal to educate Executive and Team policy makers on agility best practices, techniques to help improve DQM division.
• Coaching support to the 13th SOW IPT group
• Facilitated HCD (Definition of Done/ Definition of Ready) session to bring awareness of importance of team working agreements and social contracts for Agile Teams and provided some tools and resources to help build team norms.
