  • Delivered SAFe certified SAFe for Government 2-day course to 11 attendees (55% federal and 45% contractors), increasing agility knowledge across CCSQ and supporting a common agile language.
  • Facilitated Value Stream Mapping course to the CCSQ community with the goal to increase knowledge about organizing value stream workflow from operations and development with 13 attendees.
