Thank you for those who joined us for a CCSQ Data & Analytics Communications Call last Thursday, April 21st. Our main focus for this call was on Human Centered Design and the CAP/CDR User Experience.

Recap: During the presentation, we reviewed the definition of Human Centered Design and discussed its importance to gathering user feedback and needs. After this, we reviewed the HCD process, from discovery, design, to measuring results. Lastly, we discussed how the Data & Analytics Team is currently leveraging HCD principles to improve user experience and the CAP & CDR environment.

For those who missed the call or want to reference it again, please find the notes and recording here on Confluence.

User Collaboration Wiki - New!

Have you completed research or have information that would be helpful to the community?

Now you can easily share it with other users!

The Data & Analytics Team has released the new User Collaboration Wiki space for the CAP & CDR Environment user community. This new user collaboration forum is a central location through which you can share your solutions and best practices that worked for you. In this wiki, interact with other users by peer-reviewing and commenting on their posts or leverage solutions from other users to enhance your own analytic work.

Currently, the forum is available to those who have HARP Confluence/Atlassian licenses. To gain access, either request a license in HARP, or work with your COR to see if Atlassian licenses can be granted for your organization. For those interested in a demonstration of this space, watch the walk-through from a previous Communications Call.

Click here to access the new User Collaboration Wiki.
