title | About the Dashboards |
---|
| The CCSQ Enterprise Dashboards are designed to lead teams and programs to insights on practices, behaviors, and operations. Through the use of Jira data, the LACE strives to provide Delivery Teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, Federal Program leaders, and Center Leadership with the tools to ask better questions and get to the heart of systemic issues rapidly
The dashboards can be used to: - Provide product and service delivery teams with line-of-sight into delivery health with no data collection/analysis burden
- Identify improvement opportunities within programs and teams across the enterprise
- Pinpoint successful behaviors, practices, and techniques
- Identify training topics beneficial to teams and programs
The CCSQ LACE would love to hear your feedback and ideas about how the dashboards can be improved through our dashboard feedback survey or via an improvement requestxx |
