CCSQ’s 5th Annual World Usability Day was a celebration of usability and good design. Our diverse group of speakers led us in an exploration of interactive sessions, collaborative how-to presentations and customer experience strategy. Check out the highlights below!

Opening Remarks

Mark Plaugher, Deputy Acting Director ISG/CCSQ, gave a welcoming invitation and offered a real-life example of the government enterprise launch of the Alzheimer Application.

Seth Evans from our COE LACE team introduced the Lucid team; Matt Murphy, Byran Stallings, Jarom Chung& Jessica Guistolise,

who then delivered another hugely incisive workshop into the advantages for collaborative work.
