PI 8 Objectives and Key Results
OKR1: We will support the improvement of software development processes and procedures through active engagements and support on PI Planning meetings. KR: Attend at least 5 Program PI Events KR: Continue existing program engagement with QMVIG and CQPPM, as well as any new support requests KR: Provide Guidance on the use of the latest enterprise tools in training in the Agility Playbook
OKR2: We will support the growth and development in the CCSQ Community through training. KR: Deliver of at least two Scaled Agile Trainings KR: Update SAFe Certifications and enable us to deliver the most recent certified trainings the community KR: Provide Foundational understanding of Agile practices in software and business through the delivery of core curriculum KR: Create awareness of the latest process updates from Scaled Agile KR: Publish at least one video for inclusion into trainings, Communities of practice, and QNET chats
OKR3: We will create community awareness of support products and services through public events and targeted communications KR: Host one community of practice event KR: Define products and services relevant to key roles, create distribution lists and send targeted communications KR: Speak at more than one QNET chat to raise awareness of new LACE Products, services, and support initiatives
Uncommitted Objective: We will support the continuous improvement in CCSQ by understanding how the teams and programs perceive themselves so we can provide products/services most needed in the community KR: We will measure how at least 2 Federal Program Leadership teams view the successes and improvement opportunities in their program KR: We will measure how at least PM3 Program Leadership teams view the successes and improvement opportunities in their program KR: We will measure self perception of 70% of teams on at lease one major program |
