Pilot

The administration of the assessment pilot will broken into two stages. Pilot 1 will be the assessment as written today, and all preparation and follow up activities outlined below, Pilot 2 will include the improvements based on feedback from Pilot 1 and the same activities.

The pilot session will consist of 8 teams with a minimum team performance period of 4 iterations

The pilot teams will be divided into two groups for each method of assessment(see below) for Pilot 1, which will be rotated for Pilot 2

Time Commitment (Total 2.5 - 4 hours)

1. Meet with Scrum Master to discuss Assessment Administration : 30m-1hr
2. Assessment Administration : 1hr (Full Team)
3. Online Follow Up Survey : 30m-1hr (Full Team)
4. Follow-up with Scrum Master to discuss data, outliers, team dynamics, etc: 30m-1hr

Method 1: Individual Assessment

• Entire Team (including PO)
• Team Members answer assessments individually, with Role information
• Results would need to be collated and final assessment calculations updated

Method 2: Team Assessment

• Entire Team (including PO)
• ScrumMaster facilitates session
• Team answers the questions as a group

Questions:

• Can method 2 sessions be recorded so coaches can identify opportunities to clarify questions?
• What communications and support channels will we have(slack, email, direct contact, etc)?
