What is the LACE?
Since 2016, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)
has worked hand-in-hand with CCSQ's Information Services Group to guidehas worked closely with CCSQ to guide, support, and
foster the adoption of Agilefoster the adoption of Agile, Scrum, Lean,
andand Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.
By providingOur certified SAFe program consultants have provided hands-on program and team level
support and trainingsupport and training to over 700 individual members of the CCSQ
Community, we have supported and guided the CCSQ community to become committed Agile practitioners thatcommunity to foster growth of committed Agile practitioners who value transparency and continuous improvement.
We have

CCSQ’s transition to a product-driven software development approach, and providedCCSQ's transition to an agile mindset and provide direct coaching support for multiple
ISGCCSQ programs. Through portfolio assessment, training, and program/team level coaching, we have developed Lean-Agile change agents across the CCSQ community. The
