The LACE will work with you to tailor program-specific sustained engagement and/or support as needed by request. 

  • Program observation, analysis, maturity roadmap, and growth planning

  • Program ceremony attendance, support, and facilitation 
  • Team ceremony attendance, support, and facilitation
  • PI Planning support with hands-on coaching
  • “Open Door” policy for any member of the program

What is the LACE?

Since 2016, the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)
 has worked hand-in-hand with CCSQ's Information Services Group to guide

The members of the LACE are experienced trainers who have collectively trained over 2000 learners in over 20 unique courses covering Lean/Agile ideas and 
  • Facilitates over 20 unique courses related to Agile and Lean ideas and practices as well as through open door "Bring Your Own" work sessions
