Team Ceremony Analysis: 

The Team Ceremony Analysis aims to uncover what prevents any team from achieving high-performance. The Team Ceremony Analysis uses of a set of checklists to inspect all ceremonies at the team level including the Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. If you are concerned that your team is deviating from the core Agile practices, the ceremonies are not productive, there is a lack of engagement by team members, or that the expected positive behaviors are not exhibited, the Team Ceremony Analysis can help you make the best of each team-level ceremony.
