2024.10.02 EQRS Program Working Group Meeting

The new forms 2728 and 2746 and Flu Vaccinations are now in Production.

• Porsche wanted to give thanks and acknowledge everyone's work on this, the coordination and collaboration that it took to get us to this point
• Kathleen mentioned this was a large lift, months and months of work.  The collaboration was much improved from previous projects.  Expressed her gratitude to everyone
  • Kathleen entered a ticket yesterday.  She was not able to print out one of the new forms when in a save status.  Required a patient signature and date
  • Nancy received the ticket.  Requested for examples so the team can troubleshoot
• Nathan was in agreement with Kathleen's comments. DaVita has not run into anything.  They are still doing some internal stuff and have not launched anything to send data yet.  Hopefully will get to today or tomorrow
• Porsche - Now that we reached this milestone in the go live of forms 2728 and 2746, she will be sending out another survey similar to the one she sent out a few months ago, gathering of the timelines for the remaining fields on the form that need to be implemented locally (Action Item Porsche)

ESA Route Update Request (Jump to Recording ~ 00:11:13 - 00:23:18)

• Currently, with the route administration options, there are 2 options - Subcutaneous and Intravenous
• EDIs have internally other methods that sometimes get utilized while they're not the majority.  They are options they see come up frequent enough that since EQRS only has the two options, they cannot report properly when a different route is use for that administration 
• Nathan submitted an enhancement request to expand that field from the current 2 options to either 4 or 5 options
• Also to align those options with the HL7 standard of what options they have and abbreviations
• They would like the options to be consistent across the data systems and aligned with the standards

Review designs for Patient Search and Patient Roster (Jump to Recording ~ 00:23:38 - 1:01:03)

•  Lizzie revisited the mockups for the Patient Search and List redesign

EDSM Response File Unique Record ID

• Unable to discuss this topic due to lack of time

Data Dictionary and technical documentation

• In the last Program Call (9/18) CMS requested the EDIs to prioritize the most important areas of the data dictionary and technical documentation to work on first
• Nathan has put together a prioritized list and requested the EDIs to get back to him with their feedback
• Nathan will send the list to Porsche (Action Item Nathan - complete 10/7)

• The October 16th Program Working Group meeting will be cancelled due to the EQRS PI29 Planning session.
