What is Mission Impact? How can we use it to determine the importance of the work we do? In government work where most objectives are critical, it can be difficult to assign relative value.
Understanding Mission Impact creates essential face-to-face dialogue between teams and their key interested parties, ensuring alignment is created on the value expected from delivery teams and programs.During this, two-hour course, we will discuss how to interpret Mission Impact and how it can help the Civic Community stay focused on work that matters.
Who is this training for?
- Anyone that works on an Agile Delivery Train (ART), especially team members that draft or assign value to PI Objectives.
- This is an Intermediate course.
