Designing for a Better World CCSQ hosted a virtual event to explore this year's theme, Designing for a Better World. With this theme, we are challenged to think about how we can create a better world for everyone. Our goal is to enhance the prized consumer experience for US citizens. By making our product, policy, and service solutions more user-friendly, sustainable, and inclusive, we contribute to a better and more accessible world. Everyone plays a crucial role in addressing these challenges by creating solutions that improve consumer experiences. We aim to promote positive consumer innovation with courage, creativity, and optimism. You can learn more about this year's theme on the World Usability Day website.
