The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable for EQRS Clinical Data submission starting Friday, August 5, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ending Monday, August 8, 2022, at 5:00 a.m. PT. Please do not submit any clinical data during this time. EQRS users can resume clinical data submission on August 8, 2022.
