EQRS: System Status - OPERATIONAL  

January 7, 2022

The End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Reporting System (EQRS) will be unavailable for data submissions from Friday, January 7, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) through Monday, January 10, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. ET. Please do not submit any data during this time. We will advise you as soon as the system is available.

Note: User interface users can use EQRS during the maintenance window except that the Managed Clinical page will be unavailable.
