Team Folders

What are Team Folders?

This functionality provides teams within the same company to organize files and folders for individuals to easily access the files/folders.  These files/folders are tied to that teams AWS S3 Bucket that is maintained by them or another team within their company.  These folders provide the organization with a central content management solution, ease of access provisioning through UFM and granular control of folder permissions.

How do I get Access to Team Folders? 

If your team has team folders set up and they are not available to you then.

• Submit a Service Request https://qnetjira.cms.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/8.
• Include your HARP ID and the folder(s) you need access to.
